Introduction

The BS Global Hospitality and Culinary Arts is a four-year undergraduate degree program combining hospitality management with professional culinary education. The program develops expertise in culinary production, kitchen leadership, food innovation, hospitality operations, and service excellence.

Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is academically benchmarked with the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH), UK and aligned with the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan guidelines for undergraduate programs. It integrates hospitality management with professional culinary training, food safety, sustainability, and digital innovation. Students engage in practical kitchen work, industry projects, internships, and experiential learning throughout the program.

  1. With effect from the Spring 2026 intake, appearing in the external examinations conducted by CTH UK will be mandatory for all students seeking admission to the BS Global Hospitality and Tourism Management (BS GHTM), BS Global Hospitality and Culinary Arts (BS GHCA), and Postgraduate Diploma in International Hospitality and Tourism Management (PGD HM) programs.
  2. Undergraduate students will not be promoted to Year 2 unless they appear in the CTH UK Level 4 examination. Similarly, promotion to Year 3 will be contingent upon appearing in the CTH UK Level 5 examination.
